My life story has been in common with many marketers: getting an MBA certificate, learning marketing and entering work. I started in System Group as a marketing specialist and as far as I got involved in the unit I felt that customers expect more worthy products and business solutions. This insight paved the way for me to research more about initiatives of service value and the gap of customer needs and product features.
In Delino, I came with a fresh brain and background in service and product innovation. My main contribution as an R&D team member was redesigning user experience, business model and initiative to add new features.
As there is no specific program for the intersection of design and immersive technologies in Iran, I moved to Turkey (Istanbul) to study master of Design, Technology and Society to familiarize within this trendy multidisciplinary field. Now I am at a start-point line to kick off my academic and professional journey!
